ClassPass Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Classpass collects, uses, and protects personal information in relation to the Classpass online psychoeducation training series (“Service”), hosted on Google Meet, or similar web-based client.

  1. Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Information: We collect personal information from students who participate in the program, including name and contact information provided during registration.

1.2 Survey Information: Students may voluntarily provide feedback through an anonymous online survey following the conclusion of the program. This feedback may include quantitative Likert ratings and qualitative commentary on various aspects of the program.

  1. Use of Information

2.1 Program Improvement: The feedback collected through surveys is used to improve the quality of the program, including content, delivery, and instructor engagement.

2.2 Instructor Review: Results of the evaluation are reviewed by Clinical Buddy leadership and administration, as well as shared with the instructor. Instructors have access to both raw data and summary statistics for performance comparison.

2.3 Attendance Verification: Evaluation data may be used to verify students’ attendance to the full training program, as required by the California Psychological Association (CPA).

2.4 Certificate Production: The results of students’ post-tests may be used to produce certificates of completion for the training program, as required by the CPA.

  1. Data Sharing

3.1 Restricted Access: All evaluation data, including survey responses, is stored in the Clinical Buddy cloud with restricted access. Only Clinical Buddy leadership, administration, relevant instructors, and authorized personnel involved in attendance verification and certificate production have access to this data.

Recordings of training sessions are made available to all ClassPass participants for access and review after the live session.

3.2 Limited Distribution: Evaluation data is not distributed beyond Clinical Buddy leadership, administration, and relevant instructors. It is not shared with third parties except as necessary for attendance verification or certificate production as required by the CPA.

  1. Data Retention

We retain evaluation data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Data is securely stored in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

  1. Security Measures

We take appropriate security measures to protect evaluation data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

  1. Consent and Opt-Out

Participation in surveys is voluntary, and students may choose not to provide feedback. However, this will prevent the award of any CE credits or certificates of completion. Additionally, students can opt out of receiving survey reminders or promotional communications.

  1. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.

  1. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page.
