Remote Associate Therapist, Spanish Bilingual – Full Time & Part Time Opportunities
Qualifications
- Registration with CA BBS as Associate Clinical Social Worker, Associate Marriage
- Family Therapist or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
- Ability to provide therapy in Spanish
- Experience with intake, diagnosis and treatment planning
- Knowledge of current legal and ethical guidelines
- Capacity to work well independently and maintain a high degree of professionalism
- Willingness to work with people with Medi-Cal insurance across the lifespan, including
- working with children in a parent-inclusive way
- Ability to provide LGBTQ+ affirming services
Responsibilities
- Maintain a caseload of weekly clients (minimum 20 scheduled part-time, 30 full-time)
- Manage your time independently, including completion of daily clinical charting
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and interventions with my support
- Provide individual and family-inclusive therapy via telehealth to people of all ages and with a variety of presentations
- If desired, provide group therapy for clients with California Victim Compensation
Coverage
- Provide case management, including referral to community resources
- Assess for risk and provide crisis intervention and safety planning with my assistance
- Attend weekly supervision
- Remind clients of late cancelation policy with my assistance
- Participate in some marketing of your services while building your caseload
- If desired, market for some full fee cash clients
